Every effort was made to make this appointment expeditious and safe. With the now familiar and comforting COVID-19 screening accomplished, I was given precise directions to my check in. In a matter of minutes, I was checked in and on my way to the examining room. One was polite and kept me informed throughout the exam. All together, an outstanding job on the part of the staff at Cascade.

The lady in the front desk was very rude to me. I was about 7 minutes late and she acted like i was super late. I tried calling to let them know I was running late but I got there first before getting a hold of anyone. She asked for my Id and insurance card aggressively. I have never been treated like this before. I thought she was just having a bad day but she was not rude to other patients. The nurse and doctor were awesome and nice to me.

To start the service there from the assistants was great. The guy that I saw did a good job. I think I spent a total of 2 minutes with the doctor, though. He was very quick in and out of the room, the assistant practically did the entire visit. After verifying my insurance online and then giving the front office a copy at the time of service to they could verify it and get a copy. I was not told that my insurance was not in-network. Any normal office would let you know this information. I received a $300 bill. I am very frustrated that the front office didn't inform me 1 of the 2 times we verified my insurance that it was out of network. They also didn't notify my parents of this when they made their appointments later with the same insurance. Luckily, we received the bill before my parents were seen, or else it would've been $900 for our annual eye exam. Disappointed in the front office at this clinic.

Dr. Townsend is always 100% looking out for my health. I trust her judgement completely, and appreciate her positive spirit. Her assistant was also very pleasant and professional.

I know the wait can do some damage to your attitude but I’m truly very appreciative to Dr Fu and her staff. I was just in on Tuesday, things are improving for the best! I was in/out under an hour, my driver thought something was wrong lol. Keep it up and good luck with the changes, I appreciate what you all are doing to better service your patients. Thank you so much.
