Worst customer service I have ever had. I went in with intentions of only needing a phone for a few days being told that i had 7 days to return the phone. When i went into return the phone 30 hours later they tell me i used 24 minutes to many. Mind you they refused to give me a receipt of purchase. They failed to disclose they had a 60 minute return policy not 7 days as they stated. The manager brian refused to give me the supervisors number. So I proceeded to get the supervisors number. They responded said we know it's our fault but it's a policy we can't do anything for you. What kind of customer service is this? How dare they treat people like this?
Horrible, won't let me pay my bill online and I have to go in and it charges me extra bc the system won't let me pay online. Unbelievable. But that is what you get for a 55 dollar a month phone plan.
Shout out to Brian at this location for all the help. He went above and beyond to make sure I had the right phone for my needs. Keep up the good work.
Do not do businesses at this location. Also do not purchase any of the chargers screen protectors. Way way cheaper on amazon.
