Customer Service is paramount at the Factoria Mall. The woman behind the counter was fast and friendly while helping me find my banana ice cream! Will definitely be back for more
Want to love this place. Great idea for flavor mixing. Would love to go here as a treat weekly. But stone cold ice cream has gone overkill on their flavor syrups. The syrup is so much it makes me feel like I'm drinking it straight with a little ice cream. Makes me stick to my stomach. Sugar overload. Like 3 chocolate mochas in 3 bites of ice cream. Can't taste any of the sweet flavoring add ins against the sweetness of the ice cream. Like eating frosting straight.
The ice cream is delicious and the employees are super friendly! I love coming here every week.
