I love Carmela! She's amazing and so fun. We've become friends. She talented, kind, funny and so thoughtful. If she moved to Medford I'd follow her there. (She's not moving though).

It's important that a stylist listen to the client. I asked to match my Vintage Red orange base dye for my roots on my bottom length hair. Instead I came home very sad with nearly black, mousey brown purple base hair. I do not like purple base. I really dislike the color. It will take years to strip it out of my meter of hair. I told her I don't use hair blowers as an electro sensitive person so she blow dried it. I showed her a pic of beautiful color and curls in my hair from last year which cost me $80. Then she straightened my hair without asking. She was 1/2 hr late starting. I was there 3.5 hrs. She asked for $230!!!! I gave her $250 and left very sad. I wrote an email to the salon owner privately on FB expressing my concerns. 4 days, no response. Every time I look in the mirror I ask myself What the Hell??? Why? Horrible.

Whitney Sharrard is hands down the best hair dresser in grants pass. Not only can she do anything with hair she's one of the best humans we have ever been pampered by! I took my 15 year old with me and both got our hair done. That was the happiest I've seen my daughter since pre-covid... Thank you Whitney so much ud83dudc97 we can't wait to come get spoiled again!
