HIGHLY RECOMMEND, especially if you're dealing with trauma (physical or emotional). I had a 90 minute session with Alix which combined myofascial release and deep tissue massage and let me tell you- THIS. IS. IT. I've never felt healing at such a magnitude. She held space for me intentionally and lovingly. She reiterated that the room was mine, I was in control of the session, and made it easy for me to express when/if I needed different pressure,a break, etc. In the days following I could actually feel my body readjusting and realigning itself away from pain and into harmony. The mental effects were outstanding, too. I feel at ease and in balance. I will definitely return.

Alix goes the extra mile when it comes to your well being. Takes extra time before and after your session to understand more of what the issue is. Shows a passion beyond most, that's for sure. Highly recommended.
