Great prices and helpful staff. Most affordable mattresses in Grants Pass. Only complaint is that delivery driver didn't wear a mask when entering our home.
Reg was everything a business owner should be who loves his work and knows his attitude is a direct reflection on how it is operated. His clarity, experience and patience were welcome to our confusion. I am sort of sorry he had to carry two mattresses up a flight of stairs, but the good night's sleep we are getting was worth his efforts. Thank you again.
This was our first time buying from Quality Mattress...not sure why we waited so long. The staff was very knowledgeable and friendly which made the whole experience even better. We are 100% satisfied with our mattress purchase from Quality and would recommend it to anyone who is looking to upgrade their RV mattress. The craftsmanship, the on-time delivery, disposal of our old mattress and friendly staff has definitely turned us into Quality Mattress customers for life.
They were great to us. We needed a mattress set, bought it at a good price and then they delivered it on Christmas Eve. They have great service and prices.
This is not our first purchase from quality mattress. We bought one of their mattresses years ago and loved it. Then we decided to full time it in our fifth wheel. We sold all of our furniture and moved into the RV. We found out that we needed a comfortable mattress that would fit. Lucky for us quality mattress makes special sized mattresses. Now we are living back in a house and went back for our 3rd mattress.nnWe highly recommend this family owned business. Very honest people and definately customer satisfaction guaranteed.
