I’m not one who enjoys paying extra for things I may need for my home just to be able to make payments rather than having to pay all at once but, business with Aaron’s has been unexpectedly great from day one and I believe we will have a long business relationship long after my first purchase is paid in full because of the great customer service, understanding, patience and respect! When customer service begins to seem a thing of the past, Aaron’s is showing the rest how business should be done by making their customers feel important! The bed I purchased for my son has changed his sleep from one of backaches to a game changer and if he is happy, Mama is happy too! Thanks Aaron’s, you guys have been great!

I didn't have a good experience a week ago. But was contacted by a different member of the Aaron's store and they are trying to make things right not sure of what the outcome will be as they will be contacting me tomorrow with what they can do but very happy to work with Jonathan and for him listening to my wife and I when we went in to the store today. I was planning on ending our agreements on the 15th of this month when our next payment was due. But feel Jonathan is being very genuine and has always been great to work with in the past . So we are going to see how things go because he has earned our trust and feel he is going to take care of everything. At this time I feel the need to change my previous rating from 1 star to 5 based on his efforts and professionalism.
