My sister lost everything in the Alameda fire and was uninsured. Gates has always been beyond phenomenal in service. They were so kind, patient, and understanding as she picked out and purchased her new furniture. Worth the drive to Grants Pass for quality furniture and respectful sales staff

We have had the best experience buying my dad a power recliner here. Todd is wonderful, patient and very helpful. We had to return the first one due to my dads needs. It was no problem. Great customer service

This is a beautiful store with really knowledgeable & friendly staff. They were able to put us into several couches that fit what we were looking for with great payment options for 60 month if we wanted to with zero interest! Some things were very pricy but seems to be good quality, such as Flexsteel (?) frames. I think Tom helped us & he was really helpful. Nice, interesting, doesn't pressure you just informs you off options. They have everything you need to furnish your home. Will have a long relationship with this store!

I purchased an Aireloom mattress which was delivered last week. I also threw in bamboo sheets and purchased the adjustable base. I worked with Sherry Perry. She was so professional and helpful. My bed sheets and base are beyond comfortable and amazing. I never enjoyed a bed this much and I sleep so good on it!
