If I could put less than one I would. I ordered a wedding cake from them. From the start they argued with me what flowers to put on it. I wanted a hydrangea and they kept trying to put flowers that look like Daisy's on it. (In the beginning I said CLEARLY I didn't want any Daisy's on it.) When we talked they would send me pictures that wasn't what I wanted I finally gave up about the flowers. The day of the wedding the delivered the cake at 10 in the morning and we ate it at 4 in the afternoon and it was FROZEN! I served people half frozen cake at my wedding and the bottom tier we didn't even serve! The week after the wedding I called and they acted like I was lying about it saying they've been in business for many years and its never happened. Said they have to do a flash freeze to transport. A flash freeze doesn't leave a cake completely frozen for hours. That's a deep freeze. The lady was very rude and said she would give me a free cake, if the cake was frozen why the hell would I want a free cake? 340 dollars wasted and the lady proceeded to tell me she didn't charge enough to transport the cake in the first place? Not my fault and the lady proceeded to hang up on me! I will never order or refer this company to anybody. Highly unprofessional, rude!! Again I would rate this place a zero if I could.!
