I've been a customer of Mountain Hot Tub in Butte for over 25 years. Steve, Charli & Jake have always treated me great. I've never had a complaint from a service or sales perspective. One thing I am very disappointed with is the lack of a proper Mountain Hot Tub facility and showroom in Butte. I hope the owners of Mountain Hot Tub have plans to upgrade and expand their Butte facility. The Butte area customers deserve better!

all the staff is very professional, couldn't ask for a better place to do business with, and they gave a little girl her dream as she is battling a lung disease, they gave her a brand new hot tub, I can't possibly say enough good things about this company, god bless you all.
Steve, Jake, & Charli provide top notch, personalized customer service. They have an extensive knowledge base and are always willing to go above and beyond. Always ready to answer my questions, problem solve, and provide great delivery/set-up. It's also very nice to experience their genuine hearts & be on a first name basis. Have never had a bad experience at this location! (I have to admit I was not impressed at the Bozeman location when I stopped in there a couple of times. Lack of professionalism and poor customer service. I didn't feel welcomed or valued as a customer. They only continued chit-chatting about personal & irrelevant things with each other despite me standing at the counter.)
