Jeremy greeted us at the door and was professional and polite. He was very knowledgeable about all furniture. We were looking for very specific pieces of furniture. If they didn't have it on the showroom floor he would pull it up on the computer for us to see. No pressure salesmen who got to know us and just helped. When I came back for the second piece which was an entry way shoe and coat rack, the interior designer dropped what she was doing and came over and helped me carry it to my car.. what service.
Great place to get furniture. Sales staff are friendly but no pressure. We thoroughly enjoyed our experience.
Good selection and reasonable prices. The first jentleman that helped us was great. The second one apon our return not so much. That's why only 3stars
Ordered bedroom set 9/19/20, might get end December, have to sleep in my recliner. Asked for floor sample said for show sets have to be ordered??? . Bought leather sectional great, end recliner went bad after 9 months Replaced with new. Living room, mattresses, bedroom all separate, got mattresses no problem great. Buy bedroom set only if they have if not find something they might have. Was told put new mattress on frame, can't need to buy box spring, when bedroom set comes in what I do with box spring.
Bought a mattress for over $1000. One year ago. Gave specific needs, was told I was getting the right one for my needs. Still owe on this and it’s already the most uncomfortable, worst mattress ever! Manager won’t even get back to me. I feel ignored and lied to.
