Our salesperson, Heather, is amazing. We went in to buy a bed and we left buying 6 dining room chairs, couch, loveseat, and recliner, oh and of course the bed! After the bed arrived we also decided to get the matching nightstands and tall dresser..Heather was wonderful in keeping us informed on the arrival of our furniture so we were never left wondering. The headboard had some slight damage and we were given several options on how to resolve the issue to our satisfaction! Now I need to give Heather a call to get end tables!

Large showroom & tons of modern decor. They had a lot of options for bedroom, home & kitchen. Every staff member I encountered was kind & helpful; not only to me but also their teammates. Even the mattress delivery crew in back was polite, hard working, and they were carful while loading my purchases into my car. Lucas was the sales associate that helped me, he knows his furniture! Lucas was quick to offer suggestions in the price range I wanted & he quickly identified my style type which helped us work through the large store. I found an amazing couch/chair combo on sale, a kitchen table, large accent table & a bunk bed.

Toby is very helpful and personal. Have never felt more welcomed and comfortable shopping until we found ashley furniture. When shopping around they have higher quality furniture for lower prices than the competition.

Superior customer service from Cher! She was attentive and really knew the product. We went to several furniture stores today and Cher is the reason we bought a couch. Ashley's is lucky to have her!
