Slumberland Furniture - Billings

We live shopping here. This place has a nice variety of well priced furniture. We have bought furniture here in and the past and still have it. We normally deal with Zane, he is awesome, but had some lady trying to take us over as her client. That will not happen. It was nice to visit with you, but we like Zane!

I worked with a gentleman named Dennis Walter at the location in Billings, Montana. He welcomed us in and offered to either help us shop or let us shop ourselves. I appreciated that. We were looking for a sectional couch, but eventually started looking at Tempurpedic mattresses. On our first visit, we weren’t ready to buy one. The same day we came back and Dennis was very helpful and informative in our decision. He ensured we were getting the best price, and financing was very easy to do. The experience was great and if we need more furniture this is where we are going.

The man that waited on me was very personable! His customer service was great!!! You don’t see good customer service very much any more but this gentle man was top drawer! His name was Zane Unruh! Very pleasant salesman! Not pushy at all! Let me make my own decision without his 2 cents after he told me about the chairs & difference in each! It was a pleasure doing business with him!
