I think we’d come back not so close to closing time....nnSetting: such a cute place! I think it’s decorated well but maintenance is REALLY needed. I’m about ready to come in and help the owner out. If the owner is who helped us, VERY kind woman.nnFood: this style of cupcake is different than most places. The flavor is good and def match the names given. The top of the cupcake is hard but the bottom mouse. The cream is less like icing and more like a whip. The size isn’t as big as other cupcake places but neither is the price.

I stopped in to get a gift certificate for a friend and couldn't resist a cupcake for me...espresso with raspberry frosting. Simply amazing! Antonia was super friendly and even hand-delivered the gift certificate to my home later (!!) because of some technical issues with the printing. A gem in downtown Billings.

I had a last minute birthday emergency and Velvet Cravings came through with delicious cupcakes made with love and delivered with kindness!

Best cupcakes in Billings hands down! I love, love, love the frosting on the Samoa! Raspberry Espresso is another good one, so gooey and yummy. I could go on for days because I've tried just about all of them and haven't found one I don't like.
