I had the best experience. The representative named Andrew Earles was so helpful, friendly, and professional. He answered all of my questions and helped me set up the phones with quickness and ease. This experience has been one of the best I’ve had with a Verizon office and I’m so thankful for the help. I will definitely be returning when it is time to upgrade. I can’t say enough great things about this business and the sales reps who work there.

Outstanding service. All covid safety was covered. Jay did an excellent job! I had dropped my phone in water and had to do a replacement. I am out of state so I was very concerned with how this would be handled. No worry here. Again Jay was great.

OMG, I was having some trouble upgrading my phone on my own so I decided to come in. Jay was amazing! He helped me so much- from setting up my new phone to helping me choose tablets for my daughters that are safe for kids with Just Kids. The store is very clean and I noticed that they observe social distancing. Everyone is polite. I would recommend Verizon in Corbin to everyone!

He greeted my husband and I with an air handshake (due to Covid-19) and showed us any phone we asked to see and also showed us some that we didn't think about. I am very pleased with my choice of choosing Verizon over AT&T with his help. Andrew is an excellent sales rep and is concerned with his customers and their choices. He explained everything and made sure we understood what we was getting with our purchase.
