I purchased a new riding mower from the corbin ky location and when it was delivered it was a used one, the seat was torn pretty bad and the wheels was rusted it was in rough shape and they was going to make me pay the price of a new one. I was promised another mower the first part of june and it never came. Everytime I called the manger was never available I left messages for her to call me and nothing! So the mower I have been paying on tore up it won't start so I called and the manager was there but refused to talk to me she has some guy to deliver her messages, I was told they can bring me another mower the following WEEK as long as I made another payment, and I told them I would make the payment when the right mower was delivered then I was told I would have to pay a late fee?? First of all I wasn't the one that delivered a piece of junk for a price of a new mower and then I don't feel like I should pay for something I can't use and did I mention I had to wait 2 weeks to get the first one then it was not the one I picked out! So I contacted the main office and a complaint was filled last week but I have not received any calls or emails concerning this situation and I was told it would be a couple of days and I would hear from someone.. My advice is don't deal with the Corbin store!! #VERYDISAPOINTED

The gentleman who helped me was extremely kind, but must have been new because he didn't seem to know a lot about the product's they lease or sell! The store its self had a very nice lay-out, had clean furniture spaced out which was nice not to be overwhelmed with to many choices! The floor was vacuumed and was so glad they didn't have an air freshener smell like most of the small shops in the area do! I do not know how the delivery and set up is gonna go yet but I feel like if it's as good as the first gentlemans customer service was I'm in good hands! ud83dude09 The owners should be proud of the way their management runs this store!!!

Take great caution when purchasing anything from this franchise. You might be buying more that you think.

Dont even deserve 1 star, overpriced.They are predators Need your head examined to buy anything from these people.Store has charged my card 2 months in a row when I was told by manager that my card has been removed. Best advice is stay away from this place.
