(I am posting this review regarding the bakery)nnAs a former employee of Albertsons, I exepted a high quality of work when I ordered my son's birthday cake from the bakery.nI placed the order 4 days in advance. Plenty of time to make a simple cake.nI asked for a 1/2 sheet cake with white buttercream frosting and a cartoon Dinosaur printed on the front with my son's name on it.nWhen I went to pick it up I opened the box and it was small, an ugly shade of green, and with some weird frosted volcano in the corner. It was no where near what I had asked for.nI complained and the lady addmiited she had read the order form wrong and made the cake based off of her creative abilities. I told them I didn't want to pay for this and the manger offered to do nothing but give me some cupcakes as compensation. I wasnt about to take cupcakes to a toddlers birthday party. That would be a huge mess! I asked if I could exchange if for a different one and she once again told no because they couldn't re-sale a cake with a person's name on it.nI ended up keeping it, but was very unhappy. Luckly the cake was delicious.nNo sure I would recommend ordering from this bakery, but I do love this store!

In general, I think that Albertsons has some great selections. Especially in their organics. Everything, except organic produce, is priced affordably. The store also looks nice since the remodel!nnThe reason that my review isn't five star is because of the customer service and meat area. There is a really bad smell around the butcher's section in the back of the store, like someone spilled a bottle of bleach. I could chalk this up to cleanliness, but all of the other places I've been to to purchase meat don't have this smell and they all look extremely clean. The smell is so strong sometimes that it's hard to breathe.nnAdditionally, the customer service up front is pretty spotty. There are a couple people there who are always cordial and helpful. But some of the others tend to talk with other workers and ignore people who need help (which I've witnessed on multiple occasions and it's also happened to me), or they seem like they don't want to be there.

It's local, great produce. Kind and attentive employee's. I also love the points I can use towards fuel across the street.

Great deals available through their ads, and even more so through their app. Also, their app makes it extremely easy to get the specials without cutting coupons.
