The grass here, truly, is like no other. As soon as I entered the cemetery grounds, I was just delighted to discover the finest grass. They do a utterly speldid job of watering and treating the grass here. Hillcrest deserves no less than 5 stars!
Unfortunately Grandma had passed away and Hillcrest told us the graveside service would be at 2pm. They set the time and said we would be charged per hour if we went over our one hour of slotted time. When we arrived at 1:30 they had just started digging the grave! Watching them dig the hole, haul over the grave box and seeing the whole process was very upsetting for the family. They were not done till after 2:30 so the entire family had to watch this process. No apologies or discounts were advised. It was SO upsetting and unprofessional.
