Couldn't be happier with Drew's Cabinets. They did all of the cabinets in our new home and we just had them return and do a remodel on our island. Wanted a color change. They worked us in even though it was just a couple of days before Christmas. Their work is immaculate and the quality is excellent. Jorge and his son came to do the install and they did a exceptional job. Would highly recommend Kyle and his crew. Thanks Again!

22 years ago we had Drew’s Cabinets make the cabinets for our new home. They were beautiful! We loved their work. This Spring we called and had them make a wall of cabinets in our family room. As usual they were great. We had them match the style and color to the ones we already have. They were right on time and their installers were perfectionists! We did not even hesitate calling them for the job. Kyle was great to work with. Call them.

Drews does amazing work. Their attention to detail is the best in southern Utah. When you are in the market for cabinets, make them your first choice!

I enjoyed working with Kelly. We had begun working with Drew’s back in Oct and discussed what we would like in the kitchen. He was willing to even create a stain for me in a color they did not have. However, as we neared the time of cabinet production and installation, we were informed that they would no longer be willing to take care of us (and many other customers). The owner said they preferred to work with Ence and Ivory Homes rather than doing custom work all of a sudden. When we purchased our home 18 years ago, our cabinets were made by Drew’s and I loved them so much I refinished them in several rooms to update them. I’m really shocked at how little they care for their customers, leaving us to scramble to find someone to be able to fit us in their schedule at the last minute with all the building happening right now. To me, it seems insane to have employees make several visits to our home to confirm measurements, commit to providing products, spending hours on plans while we were not there and even when we were there to fix things we had previously discussed and then at the last minute pull out of the job. They even still have my hand drawings that I made to demonstrate what I wanted for my range hood. Very unprofessional.

Started off good with the rough estimate for custom built in being a good rate, but outside of the price things went downhill after that. Kyle was awful to work with. He was extremely unprofessional (talked about his new home/furniture/cabinets/family having to show me picture after picture on his phone, when we were supposed to be meeting about my cabinet drawings - he was completely oblivious when I'd try to steer the conversation to my drawings and the fact that I had a fussy toddler and didn't care about my needs as a customer. It's great he got a new home, but he had no care of my time and circumstances.)nnI should've stopped things after that meeting, but it had taken some effort to arrange it as Kyle never responded to my emails and it took several calls to contact him. So I figured I'd see what the drawings would look like. I was initially told I'd have the drawings within 3 days, it ended up being 2 weeks and 3 days, during which time Kyle never reached out to me - I was the one having to email him (which don't bother to do as he rarely if ever emails you back) and call him to see what is going on and remind him I am an existing customer. He had lost my email with the drawings too and I had to resend those.nnI finally got the drawings, and was extremely disappointed with what he had done. No measurements were included, he had glass doors where there was supposed to be open shelving, and the trim work was not what we had discussed. I had drawings from other cabinet makers that put his to shame - I had no idea what the depth, width, or height was on anything he did. I'm supposed to pay 50% cost up front based on a drawing that tells me basically nothing?!nnI emailed him with a list of things to correct, he said I could come in again to look at options - lol yeah right! I'm not going in to talk to you again and waste more time talking about you. I let him know it was a half hour drive, and instead asked for him to send pictures - a simple enough request. After 2 days of no response on whether he'd send pictures, I emailed him again and added some comments with my concerns with the experience thus far as it has been a month and we don't even have drawings and my timing is a little pressing to get this done before our baby comes in Nov. I mentioned the constant delays in timing for completion of things when promised thus far and mentioned I was concerned this was an indicator for delays with my cabinets in future as well. I told him I felt forgotten and unimportant as I never got any phone calls/emails with updates when things were delayed, my emailed info for drawings kept getting lost, and the majority of my emails asking for updates/info went ignored and unanswered. I told him I'm one to give the benefit of the doubt (and I am), and I was willing to continue the service with them if he could provide better customer service. I further stated that if, however, this is the best service he can offer and he doesn't intend to improve, i may need to look at other options.nnHis response was that there definitely appears to be a lack of communication, we've been extremely busy and are sorry you feel neglected. You appear to have lost confidence with us and I suggest you look elsewhere.nnI guess that means he's comfortable with his lack of service and lack of communication, and apparently if you choose to use Drews Cabinets, that's what you should expect if you are at least working with Kyle at all. It's further disappointing that he didn't even try to improve after I voiced my concerns on lack of service provided - it's apparent they're quite busy and don't care about retaining customers or they're reputation.
