We walked in to try out a purple bed. We spoke to Alex who was very helpful and informative. He answered our questions and could deliver the same product for the same price. Plus a couple extras. So in support of a local salesman who put in the time and had great service, we bought. If you're looking for a bed definitely stop in and ask for Alex.
Alex was absolutely amazing!! We weren’t entirely sure what we wanted, and he was knowledgeable, kind, and so very patient! He worked hard to get us exactly what we wanted! I would recommend him to anyone and everyone! Best experience I’ve had mattress shopping!
Mattress Firm in St George UT is an incredible store. With their knowledge and expertise of mattresses, I was able to make my decision. I would highly recommend this store. David was my salesman and there was no pressure - just helping find the best one for my needs. Five stars is not enough.
The service was as always an overall good experience. This is the second bed we have purchased from the St. George store. We had guests coming and needed to upgrade our guestroom. We called ahead and spoke with the regional manager and let him know what we were looking for. He said to ask for David when I arrived. David was expecting me and the sale went well. I told him our budget and he went through several options. He was polite and professional and knowledgeable about the line of beds available. We met the budget and our guests were happy with the new bed. Thanks David.
David made sure he acknowledged my presence as I walked in even while attending to a current customer. David answered all my questions by listening to me. I was able to buy a new bed that fit my needs and can't wait to get it home.
