Patio Furniture

This company shocked me. Mesquite, NV seems to operate on a system of time that doesn't exist elsewhere. Everything is slow and never arrives on time so you get used to waiting and calling over and over to get services completed. But I sent ONE message to Patio Furniture on their website requesting information and their representative went through their store, took photos, and sent those to me with pricing and offer to deliver in less that an hour. I 'bout fainted from the speed. And on top of that she was kind and the delivery guy was just a doll baby as well. Sweet kid and very kind. So yeah I would recommend these guys. Good job .

The owner was super personable, friendly, and straightforward. The furniture was arrayed nicely, with a variety of patio furniture for every taste.

I choose this store because I was wanting some outdoor furnature by Polywood and they were listed as a supplier. My husband and I went in and looked at all they had to offer. We were not going to buy that day but the guy was so helpful we ended up picking out our set and setting up a deivery time. They offered to assemble and deliver for $50 at that time, and I thought that sounded like a great deal. (Also, I did check and the online price that Polywood was quoting to sell directly to me was more than the one the store quoted and that didn't include the shipping fee they would charge me and I would have to assemble.)nnWe set up the delivery and after the delivery people left I notice that they had tightened a few screws too tightly where they started to poke through the side where your back rests. I called the store and the guy jumped on setting up a replacement for the two problem chairs. They came out and swapped for new chairs. Not a bad attitude in the whole bunch, even when I called with problems.nnQuick customer service responce and friendly through the whole process.nnDo yourself a favor, shop local and give these guys a try. Trust the reviews on this one. ;)
