AmeriGas Propane

Charging almost double for propane vs every other propane service in town. Takes forever to be delivered. Expect to be on hold for an hour or more. I've been on hold for 4 hours over the last two days and have yet talked to a real person. As soon as I can get ahold of someone, I will be having them pick up their tank and will be going with a different business. I strongly discourage anyone from doing business with them.

I ordered propain and paid 359.00 on Oct. 23 online it showed delivery on Oct 30 I called on the 17th 20th 23rd of November can't talk to anyone locally their new phone call center answered quick but never got me propain my tank is now out on the 24th of November I was told I have to be here for delivery because they will have to check for leaks do the drivers had the s401 or e100 licenses I surely doubt that. This is by far the worst national service I have experienced it was great when they ran it locally I will be looking to change providers after I use the propain I have already purchased but had yet to be delivered the only good thing I will say is the normal driver who has been out sick when I called his personal phone did try to get it delivered he alone had shown some care for customer service

The delivery man is quick and efficient. Its a pleasure to visit with him when he comes by.

They were very nice to get your account but follow up service was a bad experience.paid in advance then wouldn't come and bring propane for a week knowing I was out,and a possible gas leak
