JM is the only place we would ever shop for furniture. We recently had a minor issue with one of our sofas and called the store’s manager, Janet. From start to finish they made it a quick and professional process. The customer service manager, Steve has been with them for nearly 20 years and really knows the furniture. Beautiful store with lots to offer! We were interested in lift-up recliners & bar stools!Our salesperson, Jeannette was helpful, friendly, knowledgeable & PROFESSIONAL!nAlthough we were just looking we found exactly what we wanted and made a purchase of 2 recliners and 4 bar stools, and let me note the prices were excellent.
