Not happy, poor breakfast and I’m pretty sure our room had bed bugs or something because we both woke up with bites and had to clean out my car and all my clothes and bags. I’ll never stay here again. They definitely shouldn’t be taking 150$ deposits for rooms with bed bugs.
Very basic room, just a place to sleep and shower up has a TV and mini fridge. Good price for what it is. Walking distance to the Heavenly Village restaurants and shops.
If you want your belongings stolen out of the room, this is the perfect location for you. Had my duffle bag with cologne and toiletries stolen, called , no answer, never returned call. Poor customer service
Clean, big bathroom with jacuzzi. Great location. Friendly and nice workers.
Clean, right in between downtown and the beaches/hiking, courteous front desk. Their pillows are rocks so bring your own if you can but for the price and lack of “resort fees”, it was perfect. No bathtubs, which isn’t a big deal expect when you have a toddler who takes baths so just a heads up. Overall we’d definitely stay here again.
