This was our first stay as a Diamond Resorts member. We booked a two bedroom suite with kitchen over the Easter weekend with kids. It exceeded our expectations. Staff was friendly and provided excellent service, the room was clean and kitchen well stocked, and the layout was well designed and perfect for a small family. The only reason for one star off was that the facilities need some updating/ for example televisions were small and frustrating to use . Similarly with the climate controls.

We picked this hotel because of the beach access with a great view. Only down part of this hotel is if the gated parking is full, you're forced to go to their overflow parking across the st and you'll need to drop off all your items to the room so you don't have to make another trip back to the car... Wish they served breakfast here like most hotels but you'll only get hot tea and coffee in your kitchen at the room. They have McDonald's next door. Have it a 4 star because of parking.

Pretty bad service. No help from operator or front desk agents. For room request we asked for quiet room, not next to road and we were literally assigned the closest room to the noisy traffic. Waited 2 hours to get room. We pre registered. They went past check in time and we had to stand back in line to ask for room. I even left a request with manager, Lynn, but did not receive a call back. Earlier in the day I had called twice and had them add to a request for quiet room. We were told they have 369 rooms. Still they gave us the one closest to main street. Room 316.nConcierge tried to encourage us to attend their time share presentation! Having had this bad service experience, why would we be interested?

Disappointing experience. Seems fine from the outside but the hallways reeked of old cigarette smoke and the fresh scent of other guests smoking marijuana in their room. The room itself was fine, outside of the used contact lens that we stepped on.nnThis isn’t even counting the complete disregard of mask mandate by both guests and the “marketing” team from Diamond.nnOverall would not stay again but would recommend to people I dislike.

Had a great time here over the weekend. Clean comfortable rooms. Huge bathtub my wife loved. Plenty of room for a group of 6. Only complaint is the parking lot size. But overflow parking is close enough to walk, but there is a shuttle
