Smiths has the best bakery and sweets. I love there birthday cake selections and topping flavors!

I went there yesterday specifically to get me and my wife a flu shot. Was told we could not get flu shots for a couple of hours, the Pharmacist was going to lunch. Ok I get that they need to eat too. We took the paper work home so when returned it was already complete. Keep in mind we live roughly 15 miles from Smiths in Elko. We returned today 30 min after the Pharmacy opened, with paperwork in hand, and were told no flu shots today they only had 1 Pharmacist on duty and they were overwhelmed. My wife and I were the only customers in the Pharmacy how overwhelmed could they be? I told them this would be a fine place to open a Pharmacy and if they are not going to give flu shots, take down all the damn signs inside and out that advertise free flu shots. Kinda feels like false advertising!!!

This is the worst smiths I've ever been to im waiting for someone to come to customer service to send a western union and have to hurry and i was told I have to wait awhile for the lady to get done cashier's which I waited awhile they are sapose to always have someone at customer service

The cleanliness is an issue. You can smell rotting meat through the whole store. The bakery doesn't seal their french bread so it's always dry. I've seen employees handling food lick their fingers and continue without washing their hands while telling another employee that 3 people in the department are currently out with covid. They obviously do not care for the health and safety of the community or they would uphold basic cleanliness. I suppose if you like the smell of death and decay, or dont mind possible covid due to lack of common sense then this is your best bet.

Staff very friendly and helpful. Lots of inventory. Pharmacy is top notch.
