I have been going to Raley's for 16 years, since I moved to Elko. I went to Nob Hill Foods, part of the same chain, when I lived in California. The staff is friendly and helpful and go out of their way to help me (I am disabled). Their deli and meat departments are particularly great!
I love the produce and bread selections. The choices of wine are nice as well. Reason for the two stars is because of one employee in particular. Her name was Deb. I didn't think this needs to be said in a grocery store where customer service is at the top of the list but apparently not. The next training event y'all should give employees advice on how not to ask if a customer is pregnant or expecting, or their due date. Thats rude and uncalled for. They don't know the struggles that people face everyday.
Definitely the most cleanest place to shop! They have all your organic desires and other healthy alternatives for food
Their prices may seem a bit high for the area, but the selection and quality of products are great. I also loved their staff, very friendly and efficient!
The store is so clean and they have the best quality produce around.
