We were in the area for my wife's birthday and ordered a cake from here. We all loved it. My wife loves fruit in her desserts and usually I'm not a fan. This cake was so good, I ate the cake as is. My wife is also not a dessert person so I was surprised when she packed up the cake and took it home. Our children not only liked the cake but also liked the toys aka cake toppers. It was truly a cake the whole family enjoyed.

Needed a last-minute cake to celebrate my daughter's birthday two days after Christmas. Erin was prompt in responding and very easy to work with. She was able to replicate a stuffed animal my daughter got for her birthday from a picture. It was an awesome surprise for my daughter and an even better treat for all who got to eat it. The red velvet with cream cheese frosting was delicious! Highly recommend!!!

After calling all over Lake Tahoe, looking for gluten free cupcakes for my wife’s birthday the following day, Erin returned my call and said that she’d be happy to bake the cupcakes for me. Not only did I get GF cupcakes, Erin allowed me to completely customize my order (flavor, color, vegan, frosting, sprinkles, etc.). At the party, the cupcakes were a huge hit! Everyone commented on how delicious and moist they were (many GF baked products are very dry). Erin and her tasty cupcakes saved me. My wife had a treat to hold her birthday candle. Thank you Erin!

Ordered a last minute cake for my husband’s birthday from Erin. She was so pleasant to work with and the cake was exactly what I was looking for! Wish I knew her secret for making soft delicious, moist cake at altitude! The red velvet with cream cheese frosting was amazing! Thank you Erin!

I can’t say enough great things about the 2 cakes Erin made for my 4 and 7 year olds’ birthdays!! We are in Lake Tahoe for 2 weeks for vacation and celebrating my kids’ birthdays while we’re here. Both of my kids (and us) are gluten free and dairy free. I have found it can be difficult to find a good tasting gluten AND dairy free cake, but Erin knocked it out of the park! These cakes were sooo yummy and one would never know they were gluten free/dairy free. So moist, flavorful and super cute...my kids loved them! One was a Minecraft cake and the other was a unicorn cake! I will definitely order from her next time we are in town.ud83dude0b Great job, Erin!!
