Denny's

Was very horrible. Went last Friday morning with my children. First was not offered a highchair for my 18month old. He has developmental issues and was forced to sit at the booth. Of course this did not work. We ordered our food and asked for bananas for a side for him and was not given to him. I went to the restroom to calm my toddler down and was served but no bananas. My 8yr old asked for them and the waitress told him we can't afford them. As I came back from the restroom my toddler did start to eat but again was upset because he is used to eating in a hair hair.I called my husband to come and he left work early due to how unfair we were treated. So basically I paid for food that my children ate but my self was not able to eat and not offered a to go plate. I called corporate office and was given the general manager number but of course was not able to speak to Lonnie or leave a message. So please find another place to have a meal. They do not like Chicanos or children with disabilities. Well where to start... Walked through the door and heard a staff member say its embarrassing to work there. As we sat we could hear one staff member yell at another rudely. After getting our drinks and ordering our food we heard a lot of yelling from the cook telling the waitress to leave (which she did as told) and then continuing to tell someone to call the manager and tell her the other staff member just walked out. Was overall very unprofessional and an unpleasant experience. The only compliment I can give is our waitress Lexi was amazing and one other waitress.n#whereskarla

The food was eatable (Denny's typical), but service was slow and inattentive even though there was ample staff and almost no customers in the restaurant. It was one of the few restaurants in TorC that was offering dine-in service during Covid-19 restrictions, and the location was convenient. Otherwise, there are better choices.

I’m not usually one to complain. But I ordered curbside pick up and it said 20 minutes so we went after 20 minutes and it wasn’t ready. No big deal I’m ok with that. Then we wait even longer because it’s “not ready” and we get our food and it is all cold. Each plate. AND they didn’t give me some of the items I paid for. Hands down worst service I’ve ever experienced.

Went out to eat with my Sister, Brother-n-law, great nephew, mother. There was maybe 15 to 18 people in the whole place. Took 45 + minutes to get our order. My sister's order had spoiled sliced turkey. My great nephew's pancakes were cold. As I was eating my handpatty burger, I bite into and pull out a sheet of paper. Cheese paper/wax paper. The manager was overwhelmed by the complaint. Making excuses, which are none. If this place was slamming out 1000 burgers in a shift I can see this, but to have ONLY about 18 people there is NO excuse for horrible service and or food!!!
