Decent place. Very busy. Never had a big problem. If I do, associate will generally find someone who can help. If you need help loading, you have to ask but they're willing. One time I needed a big order but i wanted to be charged once. In this situation I needed to make several trips but they don't hold items at the store. I had to be charged for each section of the order. I was told no a couple of times until i found the right person and she generated a work order where I can have at least a week to pick up my items with one charge on my HD credit card for the 2 year no interest financing. So don't get frustrated just keep asking until someone can find a solution that can work for you. You need to come up with questions of your own to ask.

Even though the store is always busy, there are sales associates wandering everywhere. And you would think this would make for better service, nope. Getting anyone to assist you is neigh impossible and forget just walking up to one. They get a glazed look and tell you it is not their department.nnUnless you know how to navigate Home Depot already I would not willing ask anyone to enter this center. Call or order it online.
