Pros: mini kitchen with fridge and stovetopnnCons: inconsistent and haphazard housekeeping only offered M-Th if you are staying longer than a week. I was never told of this policy. I made an “extra” request to have housekeeping on a Friday and was denied giving the above restriction. I came back on Sunday to a smelly room from the trash. The trash bins are small and they only occasionally leave one dishwasher pod. Many days housekeeping only came after 5pm unless I specifically asked to have it completed earlier. One day I came back to my bed stripped and not re-made. Not replacing dish towels or dishwasher pods makes washing dishes difficult.nnWhen housekeeping is done thoroughly it’s clean but it’s been too inconsistent to give and overall higher rating.

Exceeded all expectations. Not only are they pet friendly, we were able to take our large dog with us. Our room was equipped with a kitchen (and a dish washer!) and a massive combined closet/pantry. Place was clean and comfortable. I’d stay here again in a heartbeat.

Great service. Very nice place. It was very clean. We brought two dogs and the pet few was very reasonable, it was much lower than the website listed.

This hotel is lovely, new, everything is clean and the kitchen area in the room is compact but very useful and handy. The room could be a bit more spacious, but no complaints from us. When we were checking in we overheard the desk clerk conversing with a hotel customer over toilet paper. Didn't think much about it. When we arrived in our room there was about 1/4 of a roll on our toilet paper holder with no spare rolls anywhere. We were traveling with another couple and their room had even less toilet paper available in their room. I went to the front desk to ask for a spare roll of TP for each room and the clerk was extremely hesitant to give me any, even when I explained our existing roll was nearly empty. She finally relented and gave me a roll. I requested one for the other (elderly) couple's room, which we had actually reserved under our account. She said she could give no more than one roll. After a rather lengthy conversation she came up with a second roll. It's possible that hotel guests are taking TP with them, I suppose, and I felt bad for the desk clerk who seemed to be just following managerial instruction. The second issue is the signage on the street and finding the hotel. We arrived after dark. Dickie's BBQ sits in front of the hotel making entrance confusing. After passing by Dickie's we entered into the hotel next door which had no connection to Towne Place, forcing us to turn around which was not a simple task since we were pulling a small trailer. Eventually we saw a very very small unlit sign near the Dickie's Parking lot that had the name/logo of the hotel on it. Really small and hard to read, especially since it was dark out. You drive through Dickie's parking lot to get to the hotel. I asked the hotel clerk if the light was out on the sign and she said there is no light in the sign. Well there truly needs to be. We would stay here again, though, now that we know the logistics of actually arriving at the hotel. And hopefully the inexplicable toilet paper situation will be solved.
