Microtel Inn & Suites by Wyndham Gallup

Room just okat6at best. Mattress super hard as were pillows. Make sure to read fill description before booking. No coffee maker. TV looked like it might fall off shelf, screen never completely shut off. Heater very noisy and did not warm room. Needs updating.

Horrible stay. Bathroom was dirty. Had hair all over the tub, the mirrors were creepy that was underneath the bed. Floor stained as well as the counters. Tv was not working and old. Everything was outdated. The shower head got water all over the floor. Just horrible. Will not stay here ever agian. Would not recommend.

Theres no breakfast or open pools. Yet, this is our usual place to stay in Gallup. Smh.

This place is disgusting. My bed had a pubic hair on it. The pillows were yellow-stained and unwashed. I woke up with two pimples on my face. Stay away from Gallup!
