Navajo Frybread

Well I don't know what happened to the other reviewers but, we drive a Semi (18 wheeler) & we always have parking there and never had a problem with our fry bread, burrito style (is always packed like an elephant) or plain for the last 2 years. Always good customer service on the fry bread hut & the store close to it, never visited the larger one in the front lot. They open at around 9 & by 11:30-12:00 they run out of dough, so be there early.

This is a must stop if your travel this route. The fry bread is as authentic as it gets. Brings me back to growing up in Albuquerque and finding it along the road. I wish there was a way to call them each time to be sure they are open during my trips.

All I can say is, gps there and enjoy.

Ordered the frybread with meat. The bread was soggy, many beans and next to no meat; Two small morsels. Went to window to ask what happened and the place was already shuttered and they were gone. Very disappointing.nnThe store next door however is quite nice and has better prices than the one across the parking lot.

Tried other places and they are thus far the best.
