I like to stop at this Flyng J ,clean restrooms, the showers with lots of water , fresh coffee and lot of varieties of food .nThe only thing I don't like... so Sorry to say this but is true! the staff aren't friendly at all.Think about it workers be a little bit nicer because thanks to customer you have a job.nBe happy and you all have a wonderful DAY!!ud83dude0a

Was trying to purchase a coffee with their rewards and the manager tells me he can’t help me because he can’t see my phone. I understand, so I hand it to him and he says he can’t read. He begins to raise his voice and cause a small scene, I begin feeling embarrassed and walk out. The rudest manager I’ve ever met, pilot really doesn’t care about customer service.

Eric the manager was exceptionally helpful tonight! Points were down and he didn’t hesitate at all gave me my dinner free of charge! Love this location so much more than others and I never have a bad time here! Thanks for y’all the workers do!!! ❤ufe0f

Absolute WORST Flying J in the country. I’ve been working for gas stations for 30 years. You can’t even pump a few cents of gas per minute in the freezing cold I hope every one sees this and takes consideration before wasting your valuable time stopping here. I’m towing my car with a moving truck. I tried 2 separate pumps and the same thing happened. I would get hypothermia trying to fill this truck When I walked in to inquire about the situation of why the gas pumps were in so poor condition and poorly maintained there was a line wrapped all the way through the building and this place is highly understaffed just of the public knows. Thanks for nothing but wasting my precious time. No more Pilot/ Flying J for this traveler
