Service was good

Customer service was great. But the actually coffee we purchased didn’t come out as expected, our coffee was half filled an was filled with whip. I feel we’re scammed out of coffee than anything else. Compared to all other locations. We understand that the line might’ve been backed up alil , but it ain’t an excuse to do your job to the best as possible an give the customer what they paid for .

Customer service is good, mobile order is user friendly and pickup is quick. This location is very busy, and I don’t know if this is reason drink/food orders are made very sloppy and the order instructions not followed. Today was the 3rd time, my drink order was not followed correctly. I prefer the Starbucks inside Safeway and I will try the roadside location in the future.

Awesome staff!! Friendly and upbeat regardless of the jerks they have to deal with on a daily who don’t want to follow the state and city ordinances of wearing a mask. Love the little surprise messages of “have a great day” written on my cups. Love mobile order and how quick it is. Love how my drinks are always made to perfection. Especially my flat white with soy and caramel. ud83dude0bud83dude0b

Was very disappointed in the staff. I know this place gets busy but I sat in line for almost an hour and then was informed that they had to cut off the line. Let the staff know that they were very slow today and she stated they they are and will not serve us. Not good customer service
