Wow, what a perfect example of a small town local retailer and service company that we have an OBLIGATION to support. We had an issue on our spa that was inherited from the homes seller. Homespun knew about the problem and also advised the complexity of the repair. The seller did not take the advise of Homespun. We stepped into a landmine to say the least. Well, let me tell you.....Doug, Phillip , Sara and everyone else were incredible! Knowing it is so hard to get a new spa now due to COVID, they literally took the entire system apart and all the pvc parts , manifolds etc and rebuilt at their office. It was really hard work! Yesterday, this bad boy powered up and works amazing with no leaks and pure comfort. This was not a tub they well or even service and they took it on. This is WHY we support local. Very happy customer and all the best to those guys!
