Shalene's expertise includes back, neck, and jaw work. At my surgeon's recommendation I have regular massages to manage the aftermath of 4 back surgeries, and I only like/benefit from deep tissue. Shalene understands how to give precise, targeted deep tissue massages that are effective without being aggressive. If you're looking for muscle, tension, and pain relief—make an appointment!nnShe also does something called Raindrop therapy, which makes use of essential oils to help boost your immune system. Her talent is diverse, and she's an astute listener. Her space is calm and welcoming, and she's a consummate professional. Ask about her membership! It's a great deal and everything can be managed online.

I've had 2 sessions so far with Shalene and have been extremely pleased both times. As a senior, recovering from a car accident last year, I have need of sensitive, accurate fascial work to release the constrictions that have complicated the effect of scoliosis. She has extensive experience, excellent intuition and an ability to adjust her touch/pressure to the level of damage of each area of the body. I know of only 1 other fascial therapist in town who works at this level of skill. We are fortunate to have her services. Highly recommended!

Whitney is absolutely incredible!! I have seen her many times now for neck and nerve pain (have had for months) and headaches (have had for a year). She really focuses on individual needs to come up with the best patient centered care plan. She has a natural talent for working with people and is magic with what she does. She is constantly learning new techniques which I think is incredibly important (and rare) in the health care field. She is compassionate, attentive and caring. Overall I have less stress and no pain. I wouldn’t be where I am today without her help! I highly recommend Whitney!

I had an amazing experience!!! Whitney really focuses on your personal needs and continues to check in during the massage to make sure you are getting what you need! More than that she is honest about what she thinks you would need in the future! She really is a down to earth and it was the best massage I’ve ever had. I have recommended several others to her and they all love working with Whitney!!!
