I would give it zero stars if possible because the main manager talked to my fiancé’s as if she was below him and was extremely rude with her and screaming at her over the phone!! When I went into the store he admitted that he was rude and loud with her because she wouldn’t listen to her! He had no reason to speak to my fiancé the way he did all because they sold the couch that we had already signed a contract on and was picking up ourselves. Needless to say we canceled that contract immediately and bought the exact same furniture from buyers paradise in somerset today!! And was treated exceptionally well. I will be calling corporate on the manager at farmers home furniture as soon as they open!

Will never buy from them again had to wait a month to get the furniture then it was on sale when they called me would not do a adjustment so ok but when I pulled around to pickup I had scratches on table it wasn't financed

I just we to the one in monticello ky to buy a couch had price on couch told I had to buy the set it was on clearance the guy was so rude I will never buy anything from them they couldn't even run my credit people need to be trained how do their job worse store I've ever been in

I went in to buy wooden bunk bed set. They didn’t have anything I wanted in the store but I was shown a picture on the computer. I asked for a price on everything including mattress. A few days later I called in and told them I wanted to purchase it and I went back to the store to pay. Upon arrival a second person was told by me I wanted everything plus I added a chest. Upon delivery I was told I needed to purchase the bunkie boards and the under the bed drawers separate. I spent well over a thousand and still didn’t get everything I was shown. This place ran a scam on me I advise to tread carefully if you are spending your hard earned dollars with them.
