Great people working there friendly and help you qith anything you need help with
It's a cellphone place they want to sell you a phone what else can you say about it except that. You know like everybody needs a cell phone.
My phone had been saying Sim card removed and would shutdown during calls. I was told the thing that holds in the Sims card was loose and I could file it under insurance or use something to hold card in place. I also asked about a issue with dropped calls on a main highway for the past 3 or 4 months at least and was told it was an outage well excuse me but if it's an outage that has lasted that long then maybe somebody needs to fix the problem. Even if it means boosting or adding towers.
Good service in most aeras . But the internet is very slow even on the 4g LTE and they also throttle the speeds to make it slower. Beware.
