I had to call the business customer service and. Kristine there fixed my issue. Since the store manger Wanted to put me off on to Saturday or Sunday. Or 5pm. This evening. I purchased a new 11 pro max. May 23 2020. My account had some wrong information and even the wrong plan . Kristine from the business line Customer service fixed my issue odd when she looked in my account the device was corrected but I emailed all the screen shots of my account information. As what I saw. I documented everything !! I was also promised hbo with my plan. I also got and trade in credit for 370 .00 which. I was informed I had to spend in store . I really needed no cases but. Since I had to use half of the credit I did. The remainder was 189. 00 To be used as an bill credit . They said there was no promotional. Promo for the 11 pro max. But they offered 700. 00 Off an 11 pro max with a trade in. . I had an xsmax I traded in. I’m see a lot of reviews that’s not so good a bout the att store in monticello Ky and the customer experience s. Att is a great company but poor treatment of customers can hurt business in the futurenDocument all emails text messages and promises and promotions offered. Read all fine print on all paperwork ! Change your pin code and password on your account so only you know your information. !! If the store won’t help contact att it’s 611 and they get you to right people to fix your problem .

Upgraded phones to IPhone 11’s. (4) total and purchased 2 apple watches. Staff was very nice at the time and helpful. We were told we would have the watches within 3 days. We were ok with that. After a week we had heard nothing so we we called. This time we were told, “Check your email,” and “We’ll call you to let you know.” Not pleased but still patient. Another week passes and we contact them again in store and by phone. Not as friendly with same response, “Check your email.” We never got any emails or phone calls updating the status. At this point it is as if no one wanted to check on the status and were not interested in our concern. Now it is December 23rd....and nothing still. The watches were Christmas presents and ironically after speaking with a representative from a different store we were able to find out the watches were not supposed to be shipped until Dec. 28 (a full month after purchase). The watches will not get to us until January now. The watches were never going to arrive before Christmas...we had been mislead. That is a big bummer to know that something you purchase as a gift cannot be given. I guess commission is more important than honesty. I was told if I was unhappy I could write a review. I went to google to write a review and I notice a positive review from my husband stating he wrote it 3 weeks ago. Coincidentally he says he did not even write that review because he is upset with this being our first impression and money spent on Christmas presents that we are not able to give. Heather (an employee) was incredibly nice and helpful but the store manager was nice only in store on the date of purchase and afterwards uninterested and unhelpful once we began questioning where our watches were. We are patient but displeased especially considering how much money was spent, a holiday fail, and it took a different manager, from a different store, in a different city to take time out his day to help us.
