People here are very pleasant, helpful, and informative. Location is super ideal, since it is right on El Camino, and if you need to go back up to Woodside, you just exit and take the next right. Process for getting our truck was super easy and quick.
Ordered a hitch and installation online. Called ahead the day before and the day of the install to confirm the part had arrived/was in stock. Made it to my appt on time, had to wait in line over an hour just to be told the part was not in stock. When I complained that I can called ahead, the employee told me that an answering service answers their calls, and they don't really know if something is in stock, so it's not their fault. Poor customer service. Don't go here!
Very friendly staff but expensive
Boxes! They've got all the boxes, all sizes. Everything I needed for packing: tape, bubble wrap, paper, bags, it's all there. There's trucks and trailers of course, too.
Service fast, extremely friendly and competent. A definite recommendation.
