Beware of fine print - you can give 10 day notice of giving up you storage unit but NO refund for the remaining of the month. The folks working the front office are neither helpful nor friendly. The place is clean enough even through there are no trash cans available for renters to use.
When I first moved to Redwood City I didn't know where to go for storage. I looked at almost all the other storage places in the area. I read the other reviews and.despite what people said, I decided to go there anyway. I'm glad I did. Yes the prices are high but no higher than any of the other storages I looked at. Everything about Bay Area Storage stood out. It's spotless, well maintained and the manager Christy is so nice. Thanks for the great service.
Staff could be more friendly. I also saw how the manager aided to rid the homeless women living beside them in a corridor. I was ashamed for them. I wouldn't use this storage facility after seeing how they treated the homeless.
They don't awnser the phone. There are no prices on the website. The manager has an attitude. Just an all around shady business
