The Redwood City location Extra space storage and its representative Kirk Anderson is very customer service oriented and was excellent at listening to my storage needs and was able to go the extra mile to make the process as easy as possible. I would definitely recommend this storage facility to friends and family.

Kirk Anderson was beyond professional and extremely helpful. My wife and I had been looking for a storage unit for about a while now, and were getting super stressed out. When we arrived, Kirk was really friendly and welcoming. He made our experience really easy, and got us the best deal! Better then any prices within a 20 mile radius. If you’re in need for a storage room, please swing by and visit Kirk!

I am moving and storing a lot of items for my relative, I'm in Southern CA and come up a few days per month to do a little at a time, no time to run around for errands. Kirk and Melina at the Redwood City location have been extremely helpful and kind. the reservation process is smooth, easy and touchless, as well as intuitive. highly recommend.

What an amazing experience. We all know that moving day is not always the best. When I walked into Extra Space I was greeted with a kind hello and kind face. Kirk has the most awesome customer service.
