The One Movers

Wish I could explain in such a short post how angry and beyond frustrated I am with this company. They not only charged me over 600 for moving but also completely messed my whole weekend up. I packed for weeks and had two distinct piles set aside one was going to a storage unit the other to my new home. I told them this at least a dozen times and had them first put the stuff for the storage unit in their truck first then to be safe had them take the next pile down to put that into my own truck so as not to get them mixed up. Upon going down to check on them they were just taking them downstairs and throwing everything into a pile and mixing it all up. After trying to re-sort it out again I thought I had it back in order but come to find out at 10pm when I finally stopped and got to start unpacking several important things were missing clearly they must be at the storage unit. This means that all the plans for the entire weekend are ruined thanks to these idiots. I was planning to leave at 6am for an appointment I have at 8am at a place 2 hrs away but now I have to wait because the storage unit doesn’t open till 9am. Not only that but they were also smashing my reclaimed wood table I worked so hard to make against everything and several other of my expensive furniture pieces. They were also cursing each other out and threatening to F each other up right in front of us. The majority of the time it was two guys working with 3 guys just standing around eating and watching them.. even tho we were paying all of them to be working!!! This is the absolute worst company I have ever dealt with and should be avoided at all costs!!!!!!!

Pack it Movers Broke our 55' TV with Proof from storage video cameras and are not returning any of our calls or emails to pay for the damage. so here is our horrible experience with Sharon. We purchased a Groupon, it had said 3 People for 3 Hours with a truck for a total of $209.00. We Set our Appointment everything was locked in. Come moving day only 2 people arrived and nobody else showed up. we have a 700 SQ 1 bedroom Apartment which everything is already taken apart and ready to go in boxes. The movers are working at a slow pace of course but then we go to the truck and notice they are not using the ramp. so we ask them why they are not using the ramp to save time and they said because it was broken and if they use the ramp the truck starts to brake down so then we realized that's why they are being extremely slow. so after everything is loaded about 2 hours in. we go to our storage facility which was 6 miles away and they start to unload. once the 3 hours are up and some of our stuff is still inside the truck they say that the groupon voucher would not be accepted and we have to pay $285 out of pocket. we were pretty upset but what can we do they pretty much told they were gonna keep our stuff if we did not pay which is pretty much is extortion. so then once we agreed to paying the $285 cash they start working to take everything out of the truck. Once they finish they just say thanks have a good day. so at this point we are furious because they are not going to put our stuff in our storage they just left it outside. so after we argued and they left eventually we had to put everything in our own storage. after we were almost finished we noticed a huge crack on our 55' TV. and immediately we called sharon about the situation and we had already got proof from the facility because there was a camera pointing directly were they were unloading, the movers placed theirs hands on the spot it was broken from. Sharon said they were trained professionals to know better to place there hands anywhere on the tv directly which we said we were glad you said that because we have proof of the trained professionals hands being placed exactly were there was a huge crack in the screen. We then sent text photos of the TV to sharon so she could see it was true. Then once she received them we called back and she said she would open a investigation about the TV. a week later they tell us they need a receipt of the TV which i sent them as well. then now we have been trying to contact them and nobody answers and never getting a email back. Sharon said she quit but we called from another number and she still works there so we are planing on suing them to the maximum and filing a complain thru BBB and any other place i can because we will not let this stand. DO NOT HAVE THIS COMPANY MOVE YOUR STUFF. they also have 2 different names Pack It Movers and One Movers so BE WARE.

Moving crew (Camron & Mario) were very nice and fast! The booking process was easy and quick. By far the best moving experience out of all the other moving companies I have used. Thanks! Highly recommend
