Metro by T-Mobile

My phone won't turn sideways and I'm really disappointed that everything on My phone was Reset back to Factory settings and it still won't turn sideways. ud83dude21 What a nightmare to reset EVERYTHING!

This is the most helpful, and courteous Metro PCS store I have been to in the Escondido area, the girl who is there is most helpful. Other Metro PCS stores I have gone to in Escondido lied to me, and tried to get me to purchase much more expensive phones, that weren't any better than what I was after, I went in to purchase three phones, and a payment plan, that was advertised on the radio, and a girl at another store tried to tell me to qualify for the plan, I had to purchase three phones that ran in excess of $150.00 apiece.

Got there 10 minutes before they closed and they were already closed ! All I had to do was make a payment that would of took maybe 2 minutes ? This is not the first time this happens WORST LOCATION EVER!
