Not only did they ruin my package and deem it undeliverable they won't even let me pick it up on my own time. The lady who answered my phone call was rude as well. Would give zero stars if I could.
I ordered an expensive item from Amazon. It has my correct address on it to the T along with my name. I had a message saying it was delivered to my front porch. - No problem I live in a good area. The issue being the person who delivered it, delivered it down the road on someone porch. Even though it had my name and address on it. So I had to spend an hour talking to my neighbors before finding it. Honestly, there's even a number on it. If the person is so confused on directions, call? Even take it back the the warehouse. Or ask your employer for advice. But, Never never never just throw it on someones porch and just hope it goes okay.
