Felix was very organized and kept me informed of the delays by the furniture store in delivering a lift chair for my sister. He and his worker were polite and efficient. He also was willing to haul away some wood for us even though we hadn’t previously made arrangements. I would definitely hire them again.

I followed through with Oh Ship! Because I order furniture with Ashley Furniture a lot and I always have trouble with them. My sales rep pointed me to them and I was put on call with Felix. They gave me a time range and he followed through with his promises of checking the furniture before it came so I didn’t have to deal with customer service if something was wrong. He also took away the old furniture I was going to throw out. It would’ve cost me more to have two different shipping companies do it so I’m glad he dropped off the new stuff the same day he picked up the old stuff. Thanks Felix!
