Cornaggia's Bakery

Back in the year 1983, I would stop here to get Maple Long Johns/Maple Bars, as I lived nearby in apartments at 131 Kings Avenue, third building, next to covered alleyside parking.nI sometimes would ask if there were Cream Horns, although I never did see and purchase any, as it was said that the filling was often times difficult to set and would separate easily. So, I never did get any.nTbe Maple Long Johns/Maple Bars were very delicious, and I grew to like them, as I had never had any whatsoever, priot to Cornaggia's Bakery in Chowchilla.nOne day while I was in my Freshman 9th grade Biology class, Rosli/Rosalie Cornaggia came by and said hello to us all inside. During my time in that obe Biology class, all of us students had three separate teachers, each their own, whew, Rosli/Rosalie was just the reminder I needed to look upon as a reminder to know, I would need to go back to the bakery soon, after using my thinker thete in my 9th grade Biology Class.nnDoes anyone know if Cornaggia's Bakery is still open for business?nI now live in Bakersfield, CA., U.S.A., not Chowchilla, CA., U.S.A..

They're a bakery, but they will literally cook anything you want if you call them. The steak was fantastic. Ask for Jonahs if you want really good service.
