Been coming here for about 15 years. I love the founders favorite. But my son likes to get creative every time. Excellent service. Very clean.

So I came yesterday and today, on October 26 and 27th around the same times 8-9pm and tell me why there is 3 people ON THE CLOCK and only one person doing ice cream. Pulling up I see them in the back playing with their phones and themselves and the girl who is doing her job is working hard trying to give people their ice cream. It’s upsetting to see how unappreciated they were acting. Thank you Kristen for taking everyone’s order !

They didn't greet me when I came in and let me stand there for a couple minutes. They didn't have my cake order ready even though I called ahead before I showed up and even placed my order a few days in advance. If you want to go to a business where they don't really care about their jobs, come here.

They have a very rude employee, who i tried explaining that she mixed up my order and she just walked away calling another associate. She should take her nasty attitude elsewhere because you are not paying for people's stuff.nCold stone needs to ensure their employee wear name tags so we can report the horrible ones!!!!
