Filled out the order form... didn't hear a word... emailed and phone.. didn't realize it was out of her home. Had to have a backup plan for our wedding cake. So disappointed in this place.
I kept calling her, leaving her messages, and even went to her house. She was never there, and she never even called me back. If she was too busy to make my cake, it would have been nice to at least get a phone call back. Completely rude. I do not suggest this place at all. I am going somewhere where they can find the time to answer the phone and actually want my business.
When I called back in August she told me she would call me back in September with a cake testing day. I never received a call. I call once a week at the end of September until now and left 3 voicemails and never got a returned phone call. I will now be taking my business elsewhere.
